If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused by the recipient, we may issue a refund minus any applicable return shipping, handling, and non-recoverable costs once the package is returned and inspected.

Claims for lost shipments may require sufficient time for carrier investigation before a refund or replacement decision can be made.

9. Damaged Deliveries
