At Medyina, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
  • Include all accessories, tags, inserts, and documentation if applicable
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or abnormal use

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect upon arrival:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary items

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@medyina.shop with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

5. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us first at support@medyina.shop. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

8. Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds where appropriate, including but not limited to cases where returned items are not in original condition, are missing parts, or show signs of use not caused by our error.

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or variation, please contact us first. Where appropriate, we may advise placing a new order after the original item is approved for return.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be in processing or preparation for shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly. Filing an unjustified chargeback after successful delivery or while a resolution is in progress may delay or limit support.
